I started a photography project a few months ago where I offer free photography sessions on Mondays to seniors over 70 years old, as they are the one group that rarely gets studio-quality photographs made of themselves.
I call it The Wise Photo Project, and I think it’s important to photograph our elderly family members and print their images large, so that they can live in our homes with us forever.
Because we don’t last forever! But capturing the spirit of a person, in a dynamic studio shoot or even an environmental portrait at someplace that speaks to them, that’s what The Wise Photo Project is all about. It’s one of the most satisfying images I create!
Here’s an interesting take on why it’s important to print your photos! So get printing!
